Most often, clients build cooperation with developers based on payment for the amount of work done. It means that there is a budget for the project, and a deadline for its delivery is agreed upon during the negotiations.
This is how designers, layout designers, and many developers work. Often, the budget does not expand, and the only changing part is the execution time.
